Atty. Vazquez graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Concentration in Accounting and Finance at Georgetown University, Washington, USA. He pursued his studies in Law and graduated Salutatorian at the Ateneo de Manila College of Law and was admitted to bar in May 1986. He then attended executive programs at the University of Michigan and the Asian Institute of Management. He is currently the President of the Philippine Federation of Pre-Need Plan Companies, Inc. and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX). Atty. Vazquez is affiliated with the following clubs:
Considered as one of the most powerful women in Philippine Information Technology, Mrs. Vazquez is currently the Chairman of the Board of Mod.Net Internet Infrastructure, Inc. and Director of GMA Network, Inc.
Aside from being an Associate Dean at the Asian Institute of Management, Prof. Gavino is a professor at the University of the Philippines, the Ateneo de Manila Universty, and Miriam College. He is also a consultant of the government and different private organizations on business practices and strategies.
One of the major players in the Philippine Stock Exchange, Mr. Angping is currently the President of Angping and Associates Securities, Inc., Vice Chairman of Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corp., Vice Chairman of Philippine Savings Bank, Director of Asian Alliance Holding Corp. and Director of Crown Equities, Inc.
